Our Grandfather, Jack Thompson, opened our doors in 1932.  Later Jack's
son-in-law, Dan Reese, joined the family business after his marriage to Carol
Jean Thompson.  In 1990 Dan retired and son Jim Reese and his partner
Donna Reese took the reigns.  Nearly 16 years later, Jim and Donna's college
age son, Ryan, has also followed in the footsteps of his parents-making this
our 4th generation.

Scott Steiner joined our General Exterminating family right out of college in
1972.  He is celebrating his 35th anniversary with us.  General was very
fortunate when Scott chose us as his employer.  Scott may not have been an
original family member, but he certainly is family in our hearts and minds!  
Scott's customers' of many years still order their annual services just for their
yearly visits with Scott!
