Donna Reese joined the Reese family in 1985. Upon retirement of Dan Reese, Donna came on board - that was nearly 20 years ago. Donna has been active ever since. When calling or stopping by General Exterminating, she is "in house" to help with all your pest control questions. Donna is also licensed in pest control, so don't be surprised if she shows up to your home or business one day because she loves working in the field, face to face with her clients. Donna was picked as the 2008 Athena Powerlink recipient, a mentoring program for women owned businesses. She was also named Global Erie's "Person of the Year" - for her committment to her clients and all her volunteer work with Erie organizations such as The City Mission and The Erie Homes for Children and Adults. Donna is an active member and a board member for the Erie Small Business Alliance.

Jim Reese is the grandson of the founder of General Exterminating, Jack Thompson. Jim spent his life following in the footsteps of his grandfather, and then his father, Dan Reese. Jim has 28 years experience in solving the most difficult pest problems. Jim continues his update training through Purdue and Penn State Universities. Jim also volunteers his time with local charities and is active in the Millcreek Kiwanis Club.

Scott Steiner has an Associate Degree in Urban Entomology from Penn State. He joined General Exterminating out of college and is celebrating his 36th year as an active member of our team. Scott continues his update training through Purdue and Penn State Universities. Scott is an avid hunter and fisherman - and is always happy to share his great stories with you, as well as being a local expert in the area of pest control.
